  • Most bad breath starts in the mouth. The odour mostly comes from bacteria on the back of the tongue, between the teeth and along the gumline. That is why the kit cleans all three.

Floss first (about 60 seconds) to loosen what is stuck between your teeth. Then brush for 2 minutes with a pea-sized amount of the PAP toothpaste. Finish with 3 to 5 gentle strokes of the tongue scraper, from back to front. Spit, don't rinse, so the toothpaste can keep working.
