Your Nimelle sonic flosser is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

What's Covered

• motor malfunction, battery failure under normal use

H2: What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (including flosser heads)
• Damage from misuse, drops, or water exposure beyond rated limits
• Devices purchased from unauthorized resellers
