What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Start a return via our Return Center.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired style.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Email support@nimelle.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

Yes — Nimelle pieces use premium anti-tarnish, hypoallergenic finishes that are gentle on sensitive skin.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, lotions, and perfume; store in a dry place; and polish gently with a soft cloth.
